About Deshik Welfare Foundation

Deshik Welfare Foundation is a Section 8 company incorporated in Bihar on 22 December 2025. Its Certificate of Incorporation records CIN U88900BR2025NPL080956; its Section 8 licence is numbered 177211.

The Foundation's Memorandum of Association sets out charitable objectives across social welfare and livelihoods; healthcare, nutrition and water, sanitation and hygiene; education, skills and digital inclusion; environmental work and disaster relief; social justice, arts, culture and sport; and institutional collaboration and CSR project implementation.

What the charter means for our work

These are the Foundation's registered objects and the framework for programmes it may pursue. They are not a claim that every listed service is currently operating. Fundraising projects, locations, budgets, progress and results are presented as specific records and published only when they have been authorized and documented.

The Memorandum states that the company's objects extend across India. That legal scope should not be read as a claim of active programmes in every state; project pages will identify the actual location of each approved project.

Legal and tax status

• Legal form: Section 8 company under the Companies Act, 2013.
• 12A: provisional registration dated 2 March 2026 for Assessment Years 2026–27 through 2028–29.
• 80G: provisional approval dated 2 March 2026 for Assessment Years 2026–27 through 2028–29.

The 12A and 80G orders are provisional and subject to their stated conditions and applicable law. An approval does not make every payment or membership fee eligible for a tax deduction. Donors should rely on the current order and the details of their own eligible donation; the Foundation does not describe an ordinary acknowledgement as Form 10BE.

Transparency with care

Public legal copies are watermarked and reviewed for appropriate release. Personal identifiers and private contact details are kept out of public copies where they are not needed. The website publishes fundraising totals only from verified payment records and does not invent impact figures, project results, team biographies or partnerships.
