Our Mission and Vision

Last published October 31, 2026

The Memorandum of Association is the Foundation's formal statement of charitable objects. The mission and vision below express those objects in clear language; they are a public-facing summary, not a quotation from the legal document.

Our mission

To advance social welfare and community capability by supporting inclusive livelihoods, health and nutrition, education and skills, digital access, environmental responsibility and participation in community life, in line with the Foundation's registered charitable objects.

Our vision

Communities where people facing disadvantage can pursue health, learning, dignified livelihoods and equal participation, and where local capability helps communities prepare for change and recover from hardship.

Six connected fields in our charter

  1. Social welfare, livelihoods and urban development. The charter includes poverty alleviation, self-employment, capacity building, vocational development and community and urban welfare.
  2. Healthcare, nutrition and WASH. It includes preventive and promotive health, nutrition awareness, support for vulnerable communities, and access to safe water, sanitation and hygiene.
  3. Education, skills and digital inclusion. It covers learning at different stages, vocational and life-skills training, employability, digital literacy and access to information.
  4. Environment, energy and disaster relief. The objects include environmental awareness, conservation, renewable-energy practices, relief, rehabilitation and disaster recovery.
  5. Social justice, arts, culture and sport. The charter supports dignity, equality, inclusion, cultural knowledge, arts, sport and community wellbeing.
  6. CSR implementation and institutional collaboration. It provides for collaboration, research, training and capacity building aligned with the Foundation's charitable objects. This description does not claim CSR-1 registration or establish any company's eligibility.

How we put these words into practice

Every public project should identify its purpose, location, approved funding goal and documented updates. Financial totals come from verified records. Stories and personal images require consent. We publish a result only when the supporting record has been reviewed, and we keep donor and beneficiary information private.

Our charter permits work across India; published project pages will show where a particular approved activity is actually taking place. Until a project or result is approved for publication, we do not present it as an existing achievement.
